About Alan Quasha
Alan Quasha is currently the President of Quadrant Management, a privately owned investment firm which Mr. Quasha founded in 1988 and is headquartered in New York City. He is also a managing partner at Vanterra Capital Ltd. From 1988 until 1998 Alan Quasha was the Chief Executive Officer of North American Resources, Ltd. Beginning in 2009 Mr. Quasha was on the board of directors of Genius Products, a position which he still fills. Since 2003 he has served on the board of HKN, Inc.
